Southwood Elementary is supported by a strong network of community partners committed to student success. From mentoring and mental health services to after-school programs and hands-on learning, partners like Nationwide Children’s Hospital, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, Project Connect, and Books & Badges help support the whole child. Local businesses and organizations—including Merion Village Dental, Donato’s, Sherwin Williams, and the Reeb Center— provide resources and enrichment. With faith-based support from churches like Emmanuel Lutheran and Rock City, plus outreach from My Brother’s Keeper and Southside Stay, Southwood students are set up to learn, grow, and thrive.
